Setup of: G/L Accounts & Coding, Chart of Accounts, Income & Expenses, Assets & Liabilities, Clients, Vendors, Employees, Items, etc!  Data conversion from other software & Manual data entry!  You can save on CPA fees & employee overhead!  I am much more affordable than bookkeeping through a CPA firm.  Reasonable Rates & No Job Too Big Or Small-One call handles it all.  I work within or independantly from your office-as you prefer & request.  I specialize in year end data entry at tax time-for those who have no data in QuickBooks & need the whole year entered at once for tax filings.  Very quick entry & reasonable rates!   So never fear, it's never too late!

I will tailor a plan specific to your business needs, which includes any aspect of my services!  I work as an independant contractor as a licensed business owner, so that you can ultimately save  money by hiring out your bookkeeping, marketing, business & financial planning needs!  You can 1099 me-eliminating payroll & employee overhead!  All of my fees are tax deductible as professional fees as well, just like paying your CPA!  And, I can work hand in hand with your CPA in structuring your business-to fine tune it!

I can work with your QuickBooks software remotely & in my own office.  I also have accounting software for keeping your books, if you prefer it be done at my office.  I use QuickBooks Online, so it is easily accessible by your company or I, from anywhere!  You are also eligible for a discount on the QuickBooks software subscription through me.  There are many options to set it up! I can also come into your office: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to do bookkeeping related duties, devoting as little or as much time as you need.  I can handle your: Payroll, Billing, Collections, Payables & Receivables, Entering Deposits & Payments, Reconciling of Accounts, Financial Reports & Corrections of Eerroroneous Entries!  I can enter all of the transactions you make outside of QuickBooks, into QuickBooks for you.
